1. General Terms
- Customer satisfaction is our priority at MODESER.
- This policy applies to services purchased from MODESER (web design, hosting, domain, SSL, software modules/plugins/themes, SEO, etc.).
- By completing a purchase, customers are deemed to have accepted this policy.
2. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The items below are not eligible for cancellation or refund:
- Domain name registrations/transfers/renewals (cannot be cancelled due to ICANN and supplier rules).
- SSL certificates (non-refundable after issuance/installation).
- Server, hosting and reseller services (non-refundable once activated after purchase or renewal).
- Digital products (WordPress plugins/themes, WiseCP modules, software licenses, etc.).
- Completed web design and software development projects.
3. Cases Eligible for Refund
- Service not deliverable due to technical reasons: If an issue caused by MODESER cannot be resolved.
- Incorrect charge: Over-charging or erroneous billing.
- Custom orders not started: If payment was made for web design/development and work has not started, the full amount will be refunded.
4. Cancellation & Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to destek@modeser.com within 7 days from the payment date.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method.
- Refunds are issued only via the original payment method.
5. Service Cancellation
- Hosting/server services can be cancelled at any time by the customer; however, unused periods are not refundable.
- For web design projects already in progress, the cost of completed work is deducted and the remaining amount may be refunded.
