1. General Provisions
- As MODESER, we prioritize customer satisfaction.
- This policy applies to services purchased through MODESER (web design, hosting, domain name, SSL, software modules/plugins/themes, SEO, etc.).
- Every customer who completes a purchase is deemed to have accepted this policy.
2. Non-Refundable Products and Services
The following items are not eligible for refunds or cancellations:
- Domain name registration/transfer/renewal processes (cannot be canceled due to ICANN and supplier regulations).
- SSL certificates (cannot be canceled after issuance or installation).
- Server, hosting, and reseller services (non-refundable after activation following purchase or renewal).
- Digital products (WordPress plugins/themes, WiseCP modules, software licenses, etc.).
- Completed web design and software development projects.
3. Situations Eligible for Refund
- Technical inability to provide the service: If there is an issue caused by MODESER that cannot be resolved.
- Incorrect billing: In cases of overcharging or erroneous payments.
- Custom orders not yet started: If payment was made for web design/software development and the project has not yet begun, the full amount will be refunded.
4. Cancellation and Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to destek@modeser.com within 7 days from the payment date.
- The refund process is completed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method.
- Refunds are made only through the same method used for the original payment.
5. Service Cancellation
- Hosting/server services can be canceled by the customer at any time; however, unused periods are not refundable.
- If work has already begun on a web design project, the cost of completed work will be deducted and the remaining amount may be refunded.
